Neti Pot

A friend shows me an episode of Oprah with Dr. Oz of the You series of health books. He’s showing this thing called a neti pot. It’s a watering can for the nose. The thing is put into one nostril and warm salt water is poured through the nostrils cleaning out the sinuses. What is a neti pot?How to use the neti pot?
