Nokia won a patent dispute with a German company

The company Nokia has won the patent dispute with the German company on the IPCom patent licensing. As Reuters reports, the representative of the Finnish manufacturer, Mark Durrant, said that this victory is very important for Nokia. However, IPCom intends to appeal the decision of the British court, which has recognized Nokia as the innocent part.In 2007, the German company acquired a number of patents related to mobile technology from Bosch. Later IPCom sued Nokia, accusing the Finnish manufacturer of violating several patents relating to the functioning of the phones in the GSM network.
