Nokia acknowledged that N97 is a failure smartphone

Executive Vice President of Nokia, Anssi Vanjoki said that the Finnish company is disappointed with his top of the line smartphone N97, reports the portal All About Symbian. According to the head of the corporation, the unit was sold well, but it can be called a failure Nokia product because of numerous bugs.Anssi Vanjoki said that in the end all the mistakes was corrected, releasing for N97 new firmware versions, 20 and 21. However, for the smartphone finalization, Nokia has spent too much time and effort.In addition, Anssi Vanjoki admitted that his corporation has worked a little bit too much time with older versions of the Symbian platform. He promised that Nokia has taken into account its past shortcomings and will not allow their appearance in the devices based on Symbian^3. "We got a good lesson, and you will see that we have learned it when Symbian^3 wil be released", - said Anssi Vanjoki.
